My first car was a gold, 1989 Volvo 740 Turbo... however, contrary to it's namesake (and more similar to your 'Box'), it went from 0-60 in approximately 25.2 seconds! I also enjoyed not giving a shit about it, as it had 240,000 miles on it and I getting to school every morning relied on faith as much as gas. Its dead now, sitting in my mom's driveway with a blow head gasket. Here's a pic to remember it by... haha! Ha! The Box doesn't look safe at all. Super early SUV style. My first car, as you know, was a 1993 Mercury Sable.
