If Unicorns Were Real…

Today has been filled with many questions.  Some were sort of self-rhetorical.  For example, the very first thing I did this morning was ask myself “are you seriously going to get out of this warm comfy bed to exercise when you could be lazy and sleep in an extra hour?”  Other questions provoked deep thought and interesting conversation such as: “If you could scream at the top of your lungs knowing the whole world could hear you, what would you say?”

There are very few questions that are easy for me to answer.  I have a hard time choosing a stance and sticking to it, except for maybe not liking mayo – that will never change.    Anyway, how does one decide on something to say if they had the whole world’s attention?  Would I make a plea for peace?  Would I plug my band’s myspace?  Would I tell a joke? – I wonder what it would be like if the whole world laughed at once.

I suppose questions are what make life more interesting.  They tend to bring action and results.  For example, I saw a friend’s status saying she got her stimulus check today.  This led me to asking myself, “do i get a stimulus check?”  That let me to do some research (google) and find results (no).  At least my life was a little more interesting for about 2 minutes while the possibility existed that I might get some free money.

Which leads me to another question from today: If unicorns were real would you buy one?  (how does that relate to free money? good question).  Seriously – what kind of question is this?  First of all unicorns ARE real.  Second of all – why would you BUY one?  They are not something you can own or keep on a leash.  They are mystical, elusive creatures that appear only when you believe in them and they cry rainbows!
